For her fiftieth birthday bash Madonna reminded us all why she's the undisputed Queen of Pop. To mark the milestone birthday she dressed up, let her hair down and headed to exclusive London nighclub, Volstead. Wearing an outfit by Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, the man who's been charged with creating all her on-stage costumes for her up-coming tour she looked more hip young thing than mother reaching her half century. Madge hit the dancefloor with the crew from her up coming tour and partied the night away along with husband Guy Ritchie and their children — Lourdes, eleven, Rocco, eight and the youngest of her brood, adopted son David.
