Creating your own Party Album on instylemagazine.co.uk is easy, fun and free. Just follow these step-by-step instructions.

1. Before you send us anything, please have a look at the Member Agreement and Rules of the Road, as you'll need to agree to the conditions they outline in order to post your party photos.

2. Fill in the name and e-mail fields as indicated (we need to be able to contact you in case we have a question about your submission).

3. Give your party a name, such as "Katie's Goodbye to Summer" or "Golden Globe Cocktails." Then use the pulldown lists to tell us the date of your event.

4. The Occasion pulldown contains an list of party themes—everything from Baby Shower to Golden Globe. Tagging your album in this way will help other users find it when they're looking for inspiration for a particular event of their own. If you don't see a tag that applies to your party, please use the Other box to tell us what the occasion was.

5. In the Party Description box, please tell us a little about the event itself —for example, where it took place and who was there.

6. Use the Photo Caption box to tell us the details like what music you played, the gifts that were exchanged — you might also take a cue from our party coverage and tell us about the menu, the mood and the décor, or share an especially amusing comment or anecdote.

7. Choose the photos (up to five) you wish to add to your album. The simplest way to do this is to click Browse and then use the pop-up directory window to find the image file on your computer. (Each photo should be less than three megabytes in size and should be in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PIC or BMP.) And don't forget to add a description for each photo. There is a 500 character maximum for each photo which is approximately 80 words.

8. Click the checkbox to indicate that you agree to the terms of the Member Agreement and Rules of Participation and then click Submit.

9. After your album gets published on the site (we'll send you an e-mail alert with the URL), share it with your friends and family
